The Women’s Bureau, part of the Department of Labor, is the only federal agency mandated by Congress to work exclusively on issues that affect women in the workplace and represents their needs as wage-earning women in public policy process. Wendy Chun-Hoon is the Director of the Women’s Bureau, and she recently talked with host Gene Marks about what employers need to know.
